The First Chair represents a leader. But what really defines a leader? Does having a disability deny someone of being a leader? Most of the people might say yes, but we would like to think differently. On World Disability Day, we want to believe in the power of the disabled. And we wish to make them realize their power and their strengths by finding them their rightful chair.
As employers, nobody wishes to hire people with disability. With this campaign, we want to shift the focus of employers from disability to this-ability. After all, it is not the chair, but the person occupying it that matters. Are you with us?
