“A girl has two lives: one before marriage, and the other after marriage.” If you have been told this cliché at least once in your life, then congratulations! For you have witnessed the scenario of a typical Indian household! (Pure sarcasm intended.)

Indian women are often laden with a burden of stereotypical mindsets and certain baseless customs which force them to alter their lives in multiple dimensions, after marriage. As if changing our surname and leaving behind our family wasn’t enough! *Sighs!*

Here’s a shout out to all you lovely married women out there! We think you’re absolutely delectable for dealing with the nitty-gritty of societal stereotypes on a daily basis. But hey! Don’t you forget to love yourself, in the process of loving everyone around you.
