The Bartending Workshop with Ami Shroff might be over, but we are still hungover. And, so much that we’re psyched to party again!

You already know how we played with fire bottles without burning our hair or getting killed. Our Absolut fun with India’s leading bartender Ami Shroff, including our fangirling moments with her is not hidden from you. With all the drinks we spilled, and all the cocktails we tasted, we decided to leak some information that will perhaps leave you drunker than any of us.

Cocktail #1 Saffron Surprise Sour

I had already mentioned that Whisky when infused with star anise, gives a brilliant taste. If you’re going to try this cocktail, I’d recommend you to start with Ballantine’s Whisky to experience a rich taste, when you make this cocktail.

Ballantine’s Whisky (infused with star anise): 50 ml
Fresh Lemon Juice: 15 ml
Saffron Honey: 10-15 ml
(Served with an orange slice and Flambé star anise)

Add all ingredients into a shaker with ice.
Shake well and strain over ice or without ice.
Garnish with orange slice & star anise.48

Cocktail #2 Bloody Awesome

This cocktail is rightly named for two reasons. It’s got this blood-like color, which might make you wonder if your bartender is Absolut-ly a blood-sucking vampire. And second, it’s bloody awesome. Try it, and you’ll believe me.

Absolut Vodka: 50 ml
Cranberry Juice: 30 ml
Pomegranate Juice: 60 ml
Grape Juice: 30 ml
Beetroot Juice: 10 ml

Pour in 50 ml of Absolut Vodka in the shaker.
Add cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, grape juice & beetroot juice.
Pour in a lot of ice & shake all ingredients together. Strain in a tall glass with ice.
Garnish with 5 ml beetroot juice.41

Cocktail #3 Smoked Moroccan Mojito

You might not know a lot about Morocco, but you can flaunt your geography skills once this drink goes down your throat. This concoction is your cocktail-to-pick if you love oranges & rum.

Rum: 50 ml
Fresh Orange: 3-4 slices
Mint: 3-4 sprigs
Lemon: 2-3 wedges
Strong tea: 60 ml

Muddle the mint lemon and orange gently.
Add Rum, honey, and tea. Stir.
Shake with ice and pour into a tall glass.59
