Why do you think Priyanka Chopra’s walking out of a Bollywood film is such a big deal here and in Hollywood? Isn’t it a common phenomenon in the film industry? Except it’s not. Except it’s got a ‘very very special’ reason behind it, as hinted by Director Ali Abbas Zafar.

Earlier today, Zafar clarified on Twitter that Priyanka is no more a part of his film ‘Bharat’ which also stars Salman Khan. The movie happened to be a most-awaited one as it would mark latter’s comeback to Bollywood after 2 years.

To make the announcement, Zafar used language that could hardly hide the big news (and, his excitement) which eventually made the reason quite clear. He wrote: “…she (PC) told us in the Nick of time about her decision and we are very happy for her…”

Not clear yet? Duh.

The rumour is Priyanka is all set to tie a knot with singer-beau Nick Jonas very soon. How are we so sure? Let Zafar’s full Tweet ring a bell for you.

Priyanka and Nick have been dating for quite a few months now and according to the media in the West, they’re possibly engaged too!

As much as we were excited to see Salman and Priyanka together after so long (they were last seen in 2008 in the comedy ‘God Tussi Great Ho’), we’re waiting breathlessly for her to end the suspense and confirm the news.
