Have you heard about this remarkable Indian woman, whose name bears the glory of a national record in the Women’s 3000m steeplechase event of the 2015 World Athletics Championships, Beijing?

Didn’t ring a bell yet? No worries. Allow me to tell you about her.

She is Lalita Babar; an Indian long distance runner who also became the hat-trick winner at the Mumbai Marathon in the year 2014. Not only this, she bagged a bronze medal at the 2014 Incheon Asian Games with a time of 9:35.37 minutes in the final which also went on to become the national record. Since then, her array of achievements has only increased as she bettered her own national record not once, but twice!

Team JWB sends you loads of love and best wishes for the final race of the 2015 World Athletics Championships, Beijing, which is to be held this Wednesday!

Go shine and make India proud!
