You will be responsible for assisting the top management in marketing and client acquisition. Unnati is an HR services company and our target market is fast growing companies in domains like dot coms, ecommerce, logistics, real estate, banking, education, financial services etc.As an AM Marketing you are expected to do the following:
Research and maintain a database of potentail clients that can be targetted – this can be done by keeping a tab on startups getting funding, companies which come in media coverage etc. You can then research to see if they are hiring and then find out additional information about the company including finding out decesion makers.
Emailing potential clients – you will be required to write customised emails introducing unnati to potential clients and pitching our services to them in a relevant and appealing manner.
Cold calling potential client – you will be required to make cold calls to reach decesion makers in order to pitch our service offerings to them.
Social Media Marketing – Maintaining an active social media presence of the company, it would be desirable if the person can also write blogs and articles on HR
Website – updating the look, feel and the content of the website in collaboration with the IT vendor
Brand building initiatives – plan and execute brand building initiatives to increase visitbility among the target segment
You will not be required to travel for client meetings unless you want to, one of the co-founders of the company will travel for the client meetings.
